To register and activate your Lycamobile SIM or eSIM, after purchasing it and receiving the confirmation email, click "Register and activate your SIM/eSIM" and select the appropriate option: new number or porting. During the process, you will need to enter your identity card or passport, tax code, and your residential address in Italy. You will also need some specific information: the PUK (for an eSIM, this is in the confirmation email; for a physical SIM, it is printed on the SIM), the ICCID (for an eSIM, this is in the confirmation email; for a physical SIM, it is the barcode number on the SIM), and the order ID found in the confirmation email. By following these steps, your SIM or eSIM will be successfully registered and activated.

Select a deal on lycamobile.it/en, choose a physical SIM or eSIM, enter your details, and complete the registration process. If you're already a customer, you can activate a promotion from your customer area or the official app.

The APN (Access Point Name) is the setting that allows your device to connect to the Internet via your carrier's network, acting as a bridge between your phone and your data network. It's also essential for the hotspot to work.

On iPhone, it's sometimes necessary to configure the APN manually. Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network, uncheck "Use Carrier Settings," and enter data.lycamobile.it in the Cellular Data, MMSC, and Personal Hotspot fields.

On Android, manual configuration is rarely necessary, but if necessary, go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Access Point Names (APNs), add a new APN with data.lycamobile.it, save, and then restart your phone.

To find your Lycamobile number, you can dial *132# on your phone or check your device settings, usually under "About Phone" or "Status." Alternatively, you can use the official Lycamobile app to view your account details.

To check your Lycamobile credit in Italy, you can dial *131# on the keypad and press send to instantly see your balance on the screen, or call 40321 and follow the voice prompts to find out your credit, minutes, texts, and data allowance. To check your remaining data and minutes, dial *137#. If you're abroad, call +39 351 000 1321 and follow the voice prompts. Alternatively, the official Lycamobile app allows you to check your balance, remaining data, and purchase offers directly from your phone.

National Bundles

The National Rate Plans are valid only for calls, messages, and data traffic within the Italian territory. Each Rate Plan is valid only for 30 days including the day of purchase. If on the renewal date of the tariff plan the credit is insufficient, the plan will be reserved automatically by partially charging the cost of the offer and the residual credit will be temporarily reduced to zero for 90 days, the promotion will restart automatically for 30 days from the moment it was made the next top-up of sufficient credit (ie, when the residual credit will be sufficient to cover the cost of the monthly renewal). If no useful top-up is made within 5 days, the total amount of the previously made charge will be re-credited to the SIM. The customer will still be able to get back the total amount of credit partially charged simply by responding to the information SMS that will be sent at the same time as the partial charge of the cost of the offer. Only one plan can be activated for a period of 30 days. Other services will be charged at standard rates. The plan will allow the customer to make calls to fixed and mobile networks at a fixed rate with no connection fee. The plan also includes text messages, the use of mobile data, and calls to other Lycamobile numbers in Italy. All prices are VAT included. Each plan can also be purchased sporadically using the remaining credit. Only one type of plan can be activated at a time. Calls, SMS, or use of data, outside the availability of the plan, will be charged according to the standard rates. The use of the data contained in the plan is charged in advance increments of 1KB. Terminated by the availability of data contained in the plan, further uses will be charged at the standard rate of 18cts / MB. Excluded from the plans: text messages and international calls, calls to short numbers, calls to special and special rate numbers, SMS, and other value-added services not included in the plan. The traffic for minutes, SMS, and data not used at the expiration of the validity of the plan will be cancelled. If you have activated more than one tariff plan, the minutes, SMS, and data will be deducted from the first activated tariff plan. The promotional credit (credit that Lycamobile has given to customers for free) cannot be used to purchase rate plans. The plans are valid for non-commercial, private, and personal use only. A customer can only have one plan within the 30 days unless the second plan price is higher than the currently active plan. which means the customer can upgrade the plan in 30 days not downgrade.

Customers who are not in any bundle for 30 days, Italy Micro €1.99 bundle (200MB data,100 national minutes & SMS for 30 days) will be automatically activated from 23/02/2023.

Lycamobile reserves the right to amend or vary the terms of this promotion, or to withdraw this plan at any time on reasonable notice. Any illegal, misuse or unethical activity will result in immediate suspension of the service or the activities that considered as illegitimate usage will result in barring the service. The customer is required to use the offer in a lawful manner, in good faith and fairness and must refrain from achieving benefits different from those related to the normal use of the offer for interpersonal communication. Unless of other evidences, it is presumed to use, in accordance with good faith, that doesn’t exceed every 30 days: • 10,000 minutes of calls • 10,000 SMS For plans that provide unlimited data traffic, the use of the service is not considered lawful and correct if monthly traffic volumes exceeds the double of the average consumption of customers with homogeneous or similar plans and at least one of the following parameters is not respected: a) monthly data traffic generated in hot spot mode exceeding 80% of total data traffic; or b) Data traffic generated in hot spot mode exceeding 50% of the total data traffic carried out in each day for three consecutive days; or c) Data traffic generated in upload exceeding 50% of the total data traffic carried out in each day for three consecutive days. For more information or if you require any support with this offer please contact our customer service team on 40322 (call charges may apply).
